Learn to fight like a girl! This is not just another ‘Self Defense Class’. Our instructor and his crew teach important self defense techniques, that ladies of all sizes can master. There is no ‘ghost practicing’ on each other or manikins, that’s why he brings a big crew with him. A full day of information, technique, and real life scenarios. Spots are limited. Please bring water, a bag lunch, and dress comfortable and bring clean shoes that can be worn indoors.
