This is a one day class designed for older adults who want to try out yoga without the commitment of signing up for a whole class. Yoga can help you improve activity levels and build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion. This class will include gentle stretching, balancing and breath work. Yoga classes are generally carried out on the floor, however for those with limited mobility poses will be adapted to the chair.
Class will be held in the Hospitality Room at Talisman Place
