Take your cycling to the next level with this class. It will include metabolic training, intervals, strength drills and endurance rides. Be prepared to jump off the bike for the last 15 minutes and work on that core. *for beginner to advanced riders* Please bring a mat and water bottle. Classes will take place from 7 pm – 8 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. No class on October 14th. Register online at edson.ca or in person at Repsol Place.
